STYLE OF PLAY
“A proactive, attack-oriented, free flowing style of play which seeks to dictate the game through controlled possession.”
In Possession
It is the essence of our game to maintain possession of the ball for as long as possible, with the intent to unbalance our opponents , penetrate and score.
When Losing Possession
Upon loss of possession our first priority is to regain the ball as soon as possible. In the event we cannot immediately recover the ball from a disorganized opponent, our next priority will be to organize our defensive shape
Out of Possession
While our opponent is in possession of the ball and is organized to attack, our priority is to slow progress and organize defensive structure with density under the ball
When Winning Possession
Upon recovering the ball we take advantage of the opponents disorganized defensive unit when possible or play out of pressure to maintain possession.

Reality Based
The game is what drives changes in behavior, reflection and decision making for the player, the team and the coach.
