In order to provide equal opportunities to all individuals, admission into the Charlotte County Soccer Federation (the “Club”) will be based on merit, qualification, and abilities. The Club does not and shall not discriminate in any of its activities or operations on the basis of race, color, religion, creed, national origin or ancestry, ethnicity, sex (including pregnancy), gender, age, physical or mental disability, citizenship, past, current, or prospective service in the uniformed services, genetic information, or any other characteristic protected under applicable federal, state, or local law.  

Any person with questions or concerns about any type of discrimination is encouraged to bring these issues to the attention of the Club. If you are subjected to any conduct that you believe violates this policy, you must promptly speak to, write, or otherwise contact the Club as soon as possible following the offending conduct. The Club will ensure that a prompt investigation is conducted.
