It is once again that time of year to hold our Annual General Meeting. On Wednesday, May 14, 2025 Charlotte County Soccer Federation will conduct its annual elections and will present any proposed rule changes for membership discussion and vote. We encourage members to visit our website and review the CCSF rules of play, bylaws and rules and regulations.

If you would like to nominate yourself or someone else please, you can review the position responsibilities described in the bylaws. Nomination forms and By-Laws may be found on our website www.ccsfsoccer.com. Nominations should be submitted via email to [email protected] or via our online form here. All nominations must be submitted no later than Midnight of April 30, 2025 for the BOD to review and approve. Below you will find a list of available positions:

If you would like to submit proposal to amend the bylaws and/or rules and regulations, they must be sent to Secretary Kristie Lawson via email at [email protected] no later than April 30, 2025. Proposals should include the number and text of the current rule, the text of the proposed new or revised rule, and the reason for the change.
